What it is

1.6 kV, 250 A (average per arm) dual SCR module from Infineon’s TT250N family. The pressure-contact,
isolated ceramic base provides low thermal resistance and high surge capability for soft-starts, phase-angle controllers,
controlled rectifiers, and UPS front-ends.
