What it is

The Fuji Electric 2MBI200PB-140 is a 1400 V, 200 A dual IGBT power module incorporating two IGBTs and antiparallel freewheel diodes in a 2-in-1 half-bridge configuration. Part of Fuji Electric’s P-Series, this high-voltage module is designed for demanding industrial inverter, converter and motor-control applications.
