What it is

The Semikron SKKD 115F14 is a 1400 V, 115 A fast diode power module from the SEMIPACK 1 Fast family. It incorporates two fast power diodes in a dual-series configuration and uses a ceramic-isolated metal baseplate for efficient heat transfer and straightforward heatsink mounting.

Designed for high-power switching and conversion equipment, the SKKD 115F14 is suitable for self-commutated inverters, DC choppers, AC motor speed controls, inductive heating, UPS systems, electronic welders and other industrial power-switching applications requiring high reverse-voltage capability and fast diode performance.
