What it is

Compact 600 V dual SCR block in the TO-240AA outline. Rated 60 A average per arm at TC=85 °C,
with 100 A RMS capability and strong surge headroom. The DCB-ceramic, isolated base simplifies thermal design for soft-starts,
AC regulators, rectifiers, and UPS front-ends.
