The Fuji Electric 2MBI300U2B-060 is a high-power 600 V, 300 A U-Series IGBT module featuring a 2-in-1 half-bridge configuration with integrated freewheel diodes. Designed for high-speed switching and voltage-driven operation, the module combines high current capability with a low-inductance internal structure for demanding industrial power-conversion applications.
The 2MBI300U2B-060 is designed for motor-drive inverters, AC and DC servo amplifiers, uninterruptible power supplies, welding equipment and other industrial power systems. Its electrically isolated copper base provides a direct thermal interface to the heatsink while maintaining electrical isolation from the power terminals.
