What it is

600 V, 200 A dual Darlington power transistor module (series “QCA” type). Each transistor includes a reverse-parallel fast recovery diode. Intended for VVVF motor control, AC/DC servo, UPS, and switching power supplies; the isolated base simplifies heatsinking.
