What it is

The eupec / Infineon BSM400GA120DLC is a 1200 V, 400 A single IGBT power module designed for high-current industrial power conversion. The module combines a high-power IGBT with an integrated antiparallel fast freewheel diode in a rugged 62 mm-class package with an electrically isolated baseplate.

Designed for demanding switching applications, the BSM400GA120DLC is well suited for servicing UPS inverter stages, industrial motor drives, DC-link choppers, power converters, welding equipment and other legacy high-power systems requiring a 1200 V single-switch IGBT module.
