What it is

1.6 kV, 250 A dual SCR (POW-R-BLOK™ ND43 series) for phase-control front-ends, rectifiers, and soft-starts. The
electrically isolated AlN base and compression-bonded elements deliver low thermal impedance and easy heatsink mounting.
