What it is

The Fuji Electric 1MBI300N-120 is a high-power 1200 V, 300 A single IGBT module designed for industrial inverter, motor-drive and power-conversion applications. The module combines a high-current IGBT with an integrated antiparallel freewheel diode in a rugged, electrically isolated package designed for direct heatsink mounting.

The 1MBI300N-120 is well suited to UPS inverter and converter stages, industrial motor drives, DC-link choppers, welding equipment and other high-power switching systems.
