The Neurio W2 CT Extension Cable (Tesla Part Number 1622289-00-A) extends the connection between a compatible Neurio W2 current transformer and its energy meter. It provides additional reach when the sensor’s standard lead cannot accommodate the planned cable route.

The factory-terminated extension measures 3.3 m (approximately 11 ft). Combined with the W2 CT’s standard 1.2 m lead, it provides a maximum supported total length of 4.5 m (approximately 15 ft).

Suitable for compatible Powerwall installations using Neurio W2 metering equipment. Current transformers, the Neurio W2 meter, and Y-splitters are sold separately.

Installation & Compatibility

Use with compatible Neurio W2 equipment only. W1 accessories and Tesla Remote Meter accessories are not interchangeable with this cable, and Neurio metering is not supported with Powerwall 3. Have a qualified installer verify routing and connections. Tesla does not support wire splicing for W2 CT leads; maintain the 4.5 m maximum total length.
