These are individual AGM (VRLA) batteries — the same cell type used to populate an APC RBC14 battery module.
They are not a finished RBC14 cartridge. Use them to rebuild your existing tray/harness if you wish to perform the replacement yourself.
Typical RBC14 modules are assembled from four 12 V, 70 Ah cells. This page is for loose cells only.
