Follow Tesla’s Powerwall 3 front cover installation procedure, including correct cover alignment and gasket compression. Tesla specifies approximately 25 in-lb (2.8 N·m) for these fasteners. Use a T20 driver; do not use an impact driver. These screws are intended for the fascia and are not wall-mounting anchors.

💡 Service Tip: Inspect the front cover mounting tabs and sealing gasket when replacing fasteners. Correct alignment helps prevent mounting-tab damage during tightening.
