What it is

1200 V, 150 A V-Series IPM that integrates a complete three-phase IGBT bridge, fast free-wheel diodes,
optimized gate drive, and on-board protections (short-circuit/over-current, over-temperature, under-voltage).
Flat, insulated base simplifies thermal design for UPS, servo, and inverter applications up to ~20 kHz PWM.
