The APC SYMIM3 is the Main Intelligence Module (MIM) for Symmetra RM UPS systems. It acts as the system’s control center, managing runtime calculations, power balancing, diagnostics, and event reporting.
Designed for rack-mount Symmetra RM UPS units, the SYMIM3 ensures continuous monitoring and coordination of all power and battery modules. For N+1 redundancy, it is paired with the SYRIM3 Redundant Intelligence Module to provide seamless failover capability.
This module is fully hot-swappable, enabling replacement or upgrade without system shutdown. Refurbished units include a 1-year replacement warranty.
