Returns need to be within 30 days of purchase, unless the return is a warranty return. All returns are subject to prior approval and inspection upon return of the product. Having a RMA# assigned does not signify that a credit will be received. Once returned, an inspection will be performed. Items must be in re-shippable condition with all packaging intact.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and appropriately packaging the item for safe transport. In the event of a return generated by instances outside of the customer’s control the Gruber Returns Coordinator will arrange for return shipping.

A restocking fee will apply to all stock items returned. Items must be returned in original packaging and in condition for resale or additional restocking fees may apply. Certain items are NCNR {non-cancellable, non­returnable). This includes custom-built products and items sold “as is”.

Instructions after RMA# has been assigned

1. All return instructions need to be followed in accordance with Gruber issued RMA documentation. Failure to process accordingly can result in delays in issuing of credit, additional fees, or decline of the RMA.

2. Reference your RMA number on the outside of the package. Check to make sure the serial number matches the one on the RMA. If it does not match then you will be notified to find out if you want the item otherwise it will be recycled. The item will be returned at customer expense and the RMA will be denied.

3. Parts returning must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. All returns/packaging are subject to incoming inspection by a Quality Control Technician. If parts are no longer in original packaging, a restock charge may be applied or the RMA may be declined. There must be no markings or labels on the product or packaging. Failure to process accordingly can result in delays in issuing of credit, additional fees, or decline of the RMA.

4. Please print one copy of the attached Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Enclose one copy of the RMA inside the package, noting a brief explanation for the return.

5. The RMA Number is valid for 30 days.
