The Ferraz Shawmut A70P150-4, now part of the Mersen product family, is an Amp-Trap® Form 101 high-speed semiconductor fuse designed for protection of sensitive power-electronic components. Rated at 150 amps, 700 VAC and 650 VDC, this fuse is intended for applications where rapid current limitation is required to protect rectifiers, inverters, drives, DC bus circuits, and other semiconductor-based power equipment.
